If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined return process makes it easy to exchange or return your equipment.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns to be processed.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the shipment.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
